At QWOSA, we strive to create safe, inclusive, and memorable experiences for queer women across South Africa. All ticket sales for our events are final. This policy helps us to ensure fairness and cover the costs involved in hosting our events.
QWOSA Event Refund Policy
By purchasing a ticket to a QWOSA event, you agree to the following terms regarding refunds and ticket changes:
Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered if requested more than 30 days before the scheduled event date.

Absolutely no refunds will be issued for any reason within 30 days of the event.
This includes but is not limited to illness, change of plans, travel issues, or personal emergencies.
All payments are securely processed via iKhona Pay. Refunds, where applicable, will be returned to your original payment method through iKhona. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect.
How to Request a Refund

Include your full name, the event name, and proof of purchase.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Requesting a refund does not guarantee you will be approved for a refund.
Event Cancellation or Postponement

If QWOSA cancels the event entirely, a full refund may be issued.

If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. Refunds will not be issued due to rescheduling.
Ticket Transfers

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else.

To transfer your ticket, email us at qwosa24@gmail.com with the new attendee’s full name at least 72 hours before the event.
