We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please read the following shipping terms before placing your order.
1. Event Ticket Delivery (Digital Only)

All QWOSA event tickets are delivered digitally.

After successful payment, you will receive your ticket via email to the address provided at checkout.

Tickets may also be accessible through your Wix member account if you are logged in during purchase.

Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not receive your ticket within 15 minutes of purchase.
If you do not receive your ticket, contact us at qwosa24@gmail.com with your full name and proof of payment.
🛑 No physical tickets will be issued. Entry will be verified using your digital ticket and/or name at the door.
Processing Time of Physical Products

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout

Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier
